🚚 Shipping & Delivery – International goods arriving in Ghana

Air freight: 5–10 business days
Sea freight: 35–50 business days

All international orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped from our global warehouses. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout (air/sea).

📬 When your goods arrive in Ghana (Kumasi hub), we will contact you immediately to arrange the final step.

✨ Doorstep delivery – starting from GH¢30 (variable fee)

Once your international shipment reaches our distribution point in Kumasi, you have two clear options:

  • 📍 Free pickup – come collect your items from our Kumasi pickup point (no extra cost).
  • 🚛 Doorstep delivery – we deliver directly to your address anywhere in Ghana.

💰 Delivery fee is NOT fixed at GH¢30 – it starts from GH¢30 and depends on:

  • 📦 Total weight of the goods (kilograms)
  • 📊 Quantity of items purchased (how many products)
  • 📦 Bulk / gross weight of the entire shipment (especially for larger orders)
💡 Example: A small lightweight package (under 2kg) might be GH¢30 – GH¢45.
Heavier or bulkier orders (e.g., 10+ kg or multiple large items) will have a slightly higher fee, calculated fairly per order. We’ll always confirm the exact delivery cost with you before dispatching.
✅ How to arrange doorstep delivery: After we notify you that your goods have arrived in Ghana, simply reply “door delivery” with your address. We’ll calculate the final fee based on weight/quantity and send you a payment link (Mobile Money or card). Once paid, your parcel is delivered to your doorstep.

🧾 Important note – local delivery only applies to international goods:
Our GH¢30‑starting delivery fee is only for the final local leg within Ghana after your international order arrives. We currently do not stock local goods; all products are sourced internationally. The delivery fee varies based on the total weight, number of items, and gross volume of your shipment. Free pickup in Kumasi is always available as an alternative.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective or a mistake on our part.

  • For defective items: we cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.
  • To initiate a return, email letsgetclean01@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if defect).
  • Refunds processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

We accept Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo) and card payments via Paystack. All transactions are secure and encrypted. Your payment data is never stored on our servers.

Once your international goods land in Ghana, contact 0592276016 / 0591247161. We’ll calculate the delivery fee based on total weight, quantity, and gross volume (starting from GH¢30). Pay easily via Mobile Money or card, and we bring your order to your door.
